I just realized I never posted a direct, public link to the online version of my latest travelogue comic, A Week at Sea with OHP, so here, without further ado, is that thing!
This comic is the product of a trip I was able to take aboard the SSV Oliver Hazard Perry back in the summer thanks to your support. Here’s how that works:
The way a lot of these travel opportunities shake out (espeically with educational outfits), an organization can pay to cover my travel expenses, but that’s about it. Your patronage enables me to earn a wage for the work I do while I’m out on the job, meaning I don’t have to stress about bills and rent at home. Any leftover cash goes towards printing these comics, which I do locally in Portland. It’s an incredible boon to have that support to rely on, and the biggest pleasure is getting to give back by posting these comics online for everyone to read.
